Miss. Jade Hardwick
Jade Hardwick is an 18-year-old born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She went to Episcopal School of Jacksonville for middle and high school and graduated this May. During her high school years, Jade was president of the Student Diversity Union, board member of the Awareness, Inclusion, and Respect (A.I.R) Council, a leader in the Black Student Union, and team captain of the Varsity Track team. Jade has also served on Student Vestry and was a Senior Team Leader for the group this past school year. She also participated in six honors societies, including the Magna Cum Laude Society. Academically, Jade “maxed out” Episcopal’s math, science, and computer science curriculum, with no higher-level courses left for her to take by the time she graduated. Last December, Brown University accepted her through the QuestBridge program, a 4-year full-ride scholarship for exceptional low-income students. She plans to study astrophysics and is currently seeking opportunities to research outer space.
